Hard Truths for Overcoming Leadership "DYSFUNKTION"
Gallup’s U.S. Employee Engagement Index, which has been completed by more than 87,000 divisions & work units within corporations and approximately 1.5 million employees shows that only 28 percent of employees are engaged, 55 percent are disengaged and 17 percent are “actively disengaged”. This means that 72 percent of America’s employees are either emotionally disconnected from their work, or even worse, actively working to undermine the organization for which they work” (The Q12 Survey, The Gallup Organization, 2002)
